2. Which personal data do we process?

a) Creation of so-called logfiles

When you call up the Matina website, Matina gathers so-called access data, which includes the IP address, and stores it in a log file. This log file also stores the name of the web page you requested, the retrieved file, the date and time of retrieval, the amount of data transferred, a notification of successful retrieval, the browser type and version, the operating system, the so-called referrer URL (the previously visited page) as well as the requesting provider.

However, in order to process and handle enquiries, we work with specialised Customer Care service providers who process the associated data in accordance with our instructions and on the basis of a comprehensive order process contract (or on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses).

Customer Care Programme

We also use Freshworks, Inc. as a service provider. Any data will be automatically deleted as soon as your request/enquiry has been fully processed and/or answered, but at the latest after 12 months. The provision of the aforementioned personal data is neither a legal nor contractual requirement. However, it may not be possible to process your enquiry without this information.

3. Your Data Processing Rights

You have the right to request confirmation from Matina at any time as to whether we are processing your personal data and the right to receive information about this personal data. You also have the right to correct, delete and restrict data processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time, or to revoke your consent for data processing at any time or to request the transfer of data.
